Shipping and Return / Refund Policy

Here at HappyHour Cocktail Mixers our customers are important to us and we want  you to be happy with your purchase. 

Cancel Order: You can request to cancel your order at anytime via emailing Keep in mind that we strive for same day or next day shipping so the window to catch an order and cancel is small. If it has not been packed, you will receive a cancellation email. However, if it has already been packed you will receive a shipping confirmation email within the next 12 hours. You can refuse the order once it arrives or you may also contact the shipping carrier for return shipping arrangements where we will then refund you once it arrives back to our shipping facility.

Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of the order. Excluding Saturday and Sunday and Holidays as we do not process or ship orders on those days. Consider any shipment or transit time offered to you by HappyHour Cocktail Mixers. or other parties only as an estimate. If you wish to cancel your order please email Keep in mind it is a very small window of which an order can be cancelled as we try to ship same day or next day.

Out-of-Stock Products: We will ship your product as it becomes available.

Return and Refund Policy: It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have  been delivered. Usually, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased directly from is damaged and is reported within 5 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at with a photo of the issue and your order number. Upon receiving the request, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We do not accept returns or exchanges from in-store purchases, Amazon or other online retailers. If you have an issue with your product, please contact where you purchased from directly. unless there product is damaged, all sales are final.

Please understand that each ship to address will constitute an order. Free shipping offer does not apply to wholesale customers.
